The job location is 333 W.
Main Street, Clarion, PA, at our headquarters in Clarion, PA.
We seek qualified candidates for the position of President and Chief Executive Officer.
As the President/CEO you will plan, direct, and control all activities toward the growth and financial stability of the Bank, in accordance with federal and state banking regulations, governance policies, and directives as established by the Board of Directors.
You will be expected to provide strategic direction, as well as leadership and management.
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field is preferred.
A minimum of 15 years of bank or credit union experience is required.
A minimum of 10 years of senior executive leadership in the financial services industry, preferably with banks.
(Preferred roles of CEO, CFO, or COO) Strong understanding of bank laws and regulations.
Strong leadership skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of understanding of the banking industry and trends in technology.
Strong decision-making skills and strategic planning ability.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Lead, direct or oversee Bank operations by providing strategic and administrative direction in all areas, such as:
Business development Human resources and payroll management Shareholder relations Asset/Liability management Risk management Facility management Compliance Retail services Finance, accounting, and budgeting Lending Investment Information Technology Security Marketing Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Bank in coordination with the Board of Directors.
Provide guidance and promote a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations set by federal and state regulatory agencies.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with regulatory authorities by addressing inquiries and examinations professionally.
Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations to the Board of Directors to assist in high-level planning, decision-making, and governance.
Assure that financial policies and procedures are developed, implemented, and followed.
Stay informed about industry changes, especially within technology and innovation.
Maintain strong local community engagement by being involved, visible, and approachable.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Skills:
Extensive experience in senior leadership positions.
Business management abilities to oversee all aspects of the Bank.
Strong leadership skills to motivate management team and staff to achieve success.
Extensive strategic planning skills and ability to set reachable goals for staff.
Ability to drive business development through marketing and technology advancement.
